I’m Curtis Junior Maximin, the proud owner of Entretien Ménager Blankslate.

I worked in a dead-end job, where I felt I was overworked and underpaid. It motivated me to change my profession, so I started a career in property management. Once I learned the ropes and understood what the company expected of me, there was no looking back.

Subsequently, after four fruitful years, COVID-19 hit, which sent shock waves throughout the world, and I witnessed the economy become unstable. However, I took it as a golden opportunity to become an entrepreneur as I saw potential in the cleaning industry. 

Consequently, five months ago, during the height of the pandemic, I approached my company with a plan to start a cleaning enterprise and found the administration to be very supportive. As they knew how seriously I took my work, they offered me a contract to sanitize their four buildings, including over four hundred condominium units.

It was just the kick start I needed, and with my skills in property management and familiarity with the team, I was able to build a strong rapport and deliver top-notch service. For me, cleanliness is a way of life, and I’m dedicated to working hard.

I’m always up for a challenge, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my integrity. Therefore, I render honest work and fulfill the promises I make, which is fondly appreciated by my clients.

I also attribute my success to respecting my team’s contribution, as they are the business’s most valuable asset. Most of my employees are responsible for taking care of their families, so it fills me with immense satisfaction that I can remunerate them well. It’s also rewarding to be able to employ members of my family and work alongside them daily.

When I’m not organizing cleaning schedules, I love going out for long walks as I find it the perfect stress buster after a busy day.
