Blank Slate was founded by Curtis Junior Maximin, whose journey into the cleaning industry began with a simple goal—to build a company that puts people, quality, and trust first.
After years working in property management, Curtis developed a strong understanding of building operations, customer expectations, and the importance of maintaining clean, well-managed properties. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he recognized the growing demand for professional cleaning and sanitation services and decided to turn that opportunity into a business dedicated to helping homes and businesses stay clean and safe.
With the support of his former employer, Blank Slate secured its first major contract to sanitize four residential buildings and more than 400 condominium units. That opportunity laid the foundation for a company built on reliability, attention to detail, and lasting client relationships.
Today, Blank Slate proudly serves homeowners, businesses, property managers, and industrial facilities across Greater Montreal with professional cleaning solutions tailored to every client's unique needs.
